Overview

两江新区是中国（重庆）自由贸易试验区和中新（重庆）战略性互联互通示范项目的核心载体平台。纳入重庆自贸区规划范围为86.33平方公里，占全市71.95%，划分为7个功能组团。

Liangjiang New Area is the key platform of FTZ and CCI. Totally 86.33 km2 of Liangjiang New Area falls into the jurisdiction of Liangjiang FTZ, 71.95% of Chongqing’s total land area, and is divided into 7 clusters.

Functions

建设“两区五中心”：“两区”即战略性新兴服务业和战略性新兴制造业聚集区。“五中心”为内陆功能性金融中心、内陆科技创新示范中心、内陆国际物流中心、内陆国际贸易中心、内陆生产性服务业中心。

Building "Two Clusters and Five Centers": The "two clusters" are clusters for strategic emerging service industry and the strategic emerging manufacturing industry, respectively. The "five centers" are inland functional finance center, inland technological innovation demonstration center, inland international logistics center, inland international trade center and inland producer service center.

形成25条可复制推广典型案例，其中“市场综合监管大数据平台”入选全国自贸试验区第三批“最佳实践案例”，“涉外商事诉讼、仲裁与调解“一站式”纠纷解决机制创新”入选重庆自贸区十佳制度创新案例。砂之船（REITs）实现中西部地区首个在新上市房地产投资信托。

"Market Regulation Big Data Platform" was included into the third batch of "Best Practice Cases" of the National Pilot Free Trade Zone;

"One-stop Dispute Resolution Mechanism Innovation for Foreign-related Commercial Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation" was included into the top ten institutional innovation cases of Chongqing FTZ;
