中国（重庆）自由贸易试验区北碚板块（以下简称北碚板块）位于两江新区蔡家智慧新城，规划范围约1.18平方公里，是中国（重庆）自由贸易试验区两江片区的重要组成部分。

Functions

北碚板块力争建成西部国际文化服务贸易先导区、现代服务业总部经济集聚区、内陆开放体制机制创新区。以打造中国（重庆）自由贸易试验区国际文化艺术交流中心为引领，加快推进建设。

Beibei Section works to lead international trade-in-services, cluster headquarters of modernized service sector, and drive institutional innovations for inland opening-up in Western China. It will function as a center for international business and culture of the FTZ, and accelerate construction progress.

Highlights

累计注册企业达到3450户，注册金额228.69亿元，其中外资企业2户，注册金额1.29亿元；商贸行业、文化行业、专业服务行业、科技信息行业占累计注册企业的约50%。在全市率先探索项目建设手续平行办理，形成“项目建设手续平行办理模式”改革试点经验。北碚板块总部基地已主体竣工，即将投用。

Registered enterprises totaled 3,450, worth 22.869 billion yuan; 2 are foreign-funded ones, worth 129 million yuan. 50% of the companies are in trade & commerce, culture, professional service, scientific and technological information. Beibei Section was the first section that pioneered “Synchronized Administrative Procedures and Construction” in Chongqing, and gained experience in the pilot reform.
